So, I frequently get, "WOW! Your hairstyles are beautiful."  Honestly, I don't know where the bug hit me but sometime between my son being two years old up until right before I got pregnant with my second I began to wear my hair in two strand twists. Since this has occured my hair has been growing or not falling out. I got one word for you. . . pinterest!

This hairstyle is done with big chunky two strand twists, twisted together and ended with a fold over bun. I really like buns but I like the fact of long hair with it pinned up. When I was younger I was supposed to show it off but as I am older I like these styles with the natural texture of my hair.
This was during my grandfather's funeral. I wore a straight hair wig because I didn't want to look like myself. The next couple of entries will be on my hairstyles as I currently have a friend who keeps telling me I need to post up my hairstyles and how I maintain my hair. She thinks I am being too shy. I will also reference to other youtube vlogs and blogs I frequent to get more ideas on hair. Also, I will try to advertise some products as well as some products I make. ( yup, fiances get tight at times but I don't let that get to my hair regimen.) I hear some women who go natural tell me it is hard and it shouldn't be. I don't think it is but I have been natural for a LONG time now.

Baby girl and I- I also like rocking the maternity dresses. I like rocking these in the hot summer to lounge around in. Happy Summer!

Where does the Time go?

 I know where my time goes- into treating patients. I am loving this life of treating numerous and multiple patients. Maybe from the suppression of seeing accident and worker's comp patients.  That is really me treating- no Photostock/AI pictures! Side Note: This was created in February 2025. It was stopped and completed in April 2025.  With changes in the schedule, it has been difficult to maintain this blog. I am keeping current and will begin to have a schedule where I post once a month. Wish me luck!

Food, Air and Water Show and NAILS

Today has looks very similar to yesterday- work out, eat when you can, read, clean, computer searches for jobs along with ideas and concepts. This morning I went for a run and it looked like rain so I shortened the run and went a little faster just because I did not want to be like the old guy in the tale "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" and get struck by lightning. Hubby somewhat shocked me today because he asked about the Air and Water Show. I asked why and he thought it would be good for both of us to go either this year or next year. I have always hated the Air and Water Show because when I lived two blocks from the lakefront I could never nap or focus because of the noise of the planes. One thing about living in the city I do not like and that is all the noise pollution. I have pretty sensitive hearing so at times my hearing goes out for a day once it went out for three days and when I say goes out I mean it feels and sounds like someone put cotton in both my ears...
